Arts in Crisis: A Kennedy Center Initiative, Kennedy Center President Michael M. Kaiser

As part of a national tour for Arts in Crisis:  A Kennedy Center Initiative, Kennedy Center President Michael M. Kaiser visited Richmond on August 18, 2009 to conduct an arts leader symposium and community conversation with over 300 arts professional from around Virginia, hosted by CenterStage Foundation. The topic? The challenges facing non-profit performing arts organizations today in fundraising, building more effective Boards of Trustees, budgeting, tickets sales, marketing and audience development.
